In these Terms and Conditions:
"We"and "us" means Eternity Jewellery
"You" means the person placing an order

By completing and electronic order form,you are making an offer to purchase goods which,if accepted by us,will result in a binding contract.An acceptance email from us when your goods are shipped from our warehouse means we formally accept your order and are obliged to complete the contract.

Ordering

By submitting your order on the checkout screen you are making an offer to purchase goods at the price stated subject to our terms and conditions.We will send you an mail to acknowledge your order which will set out the goods you have ordered from us.This email is not an acceptance resulting in a binding contract.we will not accept your order for example if we do not have the goods in stock,your payement is not authorized,there is an error on our website regarding the price or other information about the goods or you have cancelled your order.By using thi website to buy goods online you signify that you are at least 18 years of age or that you are accessing the website and making purchases with the consent of your parent or guardian.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in Euros. You may be able to select prices displayed in your own currency but we do not guarantee this service. Prices VAT, Packing and delivery costs is included in the total price of your goods.

The price of the goods.The price you pay is the price of the goods at the time you place your order even if the price of the goods has since the date of the order changed. We accept on-line payement by all the major credit and debit cards accepted by Paypal and also payment directly from your Paypal account.

Delivery

Free delivery applies only to the Republic of Ireland for orders of over &euro300 excluding postage. All other orders will be sent by registered post or its eqivalent where registered post is not available.

We will send you an email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Whilst we try to effect delivery within the stated period,if an item is temporarily out of stock and shipping to you is anticipated to be longer,we will contact you by e-mail or telephone to arrange a new delivery date.If this cannot be agreed a refund can be given.

We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of late delivery or cancellation of your order .If you have any questions regarding delivery please e-mail us at sales@eternityjewellery.ie or telephone 00 353 1 2557640 quoting your order number.

Returns

If you have placed an order for a piece made to other which includes personalized or engraved items we will contact you to discuss delivery of these items before your order is processed,special return conditions apply to custom made pieces and you agree to a non refundable payement being processed upon us placing the order with our suppliers.

Unless we are at fault,certain items are excluded from the returns period guarntee.These include custom made pieces,personalized or engraved items and items of pierced jewellery including earings or rings of the wrong size being ordered by you.

Damaged or faulty goods

You must check the goods on delivery.If goods are damaged or faulty you must inform us within 10 days of delivery. This clause also applies to custom made pieces,personalized or engraved items,items of pierced jewellery including earings and rings if you do notinform us within 10 days we shall have no liability for goods said to be faulty or damaged on delivery.

Proper law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

If any provision in these terms and conditions is prohibited by law or judged by a court to be unlawful,void or unenforceable,the provision shall,to the extent required,be severed and rendered ineffective as far as possible without modifying the remaining provisions and shall not in anyway affect any other circumstances of or the validity or enforcement of these terms and conditions.

The website,its contents,terms and conditions and contracts shall be governed by and constured in accordance with Irish Law any disputes not resolved by normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts in the Republic of Ireland.

We reserve the right to change at any time these terms and conditions without prior notice to you.
