Your privacy is important to us

Here at Eternity Jewellery we recognise your right to privacy. We do collect information that is necessary to process your orders or send you our newsletters if you have subscribed to them. We do not share that information with third parties.

If you do not create an account then we will not store any information other than your IP address in any way. However, creating an account creates a better online experience for you , gives you access to special offers and updates through our newsletters and makes the purchase process shorter.

What we do

We store information in our database that is needed for you to make an online purchase. This information includes your name, email address, shipping address and IP number. We may also store your phone and fax numbers if you supply them

We use cookies to pass information from page to page in the store when you are logged in.

We have taken all reasonable efforts to make your data secure. However, no website in the world can claim to be 100% secure because they are only secure until such time as somebody finds a way of hacking them. Therefore we cannot guarantee that your data will always be secure, just that we will keep our site up to date and will treat your data in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Through your "my account" function you may subscibe or unsubscribe to newsletters or even delete your account. If you are having trouble with removing your personal information we will be happy to help you remove it.

What we don't

We do not store credit card numbers. All our transactions take place through paypal. When you make a payment you make it on the Paypal site and they process your credit card using their secure system (https), and using many advanced security measures.

We do not share your personal information with any third parties. We will not sell or in any other way pass on your email address, telephone number or any other information we hold on your behalf.

We do not take any information that is not helpful in making your shopping experience easier.

We do not use phone numbers for marketing calls. They will be used only in the case of queries relating to your order or to answer queries from you.
